KasFlow — приложение для продавцов маркетплейса Kaspi.kz. Оно загружает ваши заказы из Kaspi Shop API и показывает, сколько вы на самом деле заработали. Приложение разрабатывает {{DEVELOPER}} (далее — «разработчик»). KasFlow не связан с Kaspi.kz.

Коротко

• У KasFlow нет сервера, учётных записей, рекламы, аналитики и отслеживания. Разработчик не получает ни ваших заказов, ни ваших записей, ни токена.
• Всё, что приложение загружает и что вы вносите, хранится только на вашем телефоне.
• Сам KasFlow обращается через интернет только к Kaspi, с вашим токеном. Подписку оформляют Google Play или App Store. Магазины дают разработчику общую статистику, а если вы разрешили, и отчёты о сбоях (см. ниже).

Что хранится на телефоне

• Токен Kaspi API. Он хранится в зашифрованном виде в защищённом хранилище системы: в Android Keystore или в связке ключей iOS. Токен нужен только для запросов к Kaspi. Его нет ни в базе приложения, ни в резервных копиях.
• Данные из Kaspi: ваши заказы, их позиции, названия и категории товаров, а также другие сведения о заказах, которые присылает Kaspi, например способ доставки и оплаты. Kaspi присылает и имена, телефоны и адреса ваших покупателей, но KasFlow их пропускает и не сохраняет.
• То, что вы вносите сами: закупочные цены, ставки комиссии, расходы, названия бизнесов и кабинетов.
• Настройки: язык, тема и последний известный статус подписки.

Куда уходят данные

• В Kaspi. Приложение отправляет запросы прямо с телефона в Kaspi Shop API (kaspi.kz) и подписывает их вашим токеном. В запросах указано, за какие даты нужны заказы и о каких товарах нужны сведения. Kaspi, как любой сервер, видит и время запроса, и IP-адрес, с которого он пришёл. То, что вы вносите сами, в Kaspi не уходит. KasFlow ничего не меняет в вашем магазине на Kaspi. Как Kaspi обращается с запросами, решает Kaspi.
• Разработчику — ничего. Ни ваши заказы, ни записи, ни токен разработчику не отправляются: у него нет сервера, на который их можно отправить. С Google и Apple связываются только их собственные библиотеки и системы, как описано ниже.

Подписка

Подписку продают Google Play или App Store. Они же принимают оплату, по своим правилам и своей политике конфиденциальности. KasFlow не видит данных вашей карты или счёта и только спрашивает у магазина, действует ли подписка. Отчёты о продажах магазин передаёт разработчику в том объёме, который предусматривают его условия.

Резервные копии

• Резервную копию вы создаёте в приложении сами и сами решаете, где её хранить и кому отправлять. В ней ваши заказы, закупочные цены, ставки комиссии и расходы. Токена в ней нет.
• Ваши заказы и записи не попадают в резервные копии Google и iCloud и не переносятся на новый телефон сами. Перенести их можно только своей резервной копией.

Что видят Google и Apple

В KasFlow нет своей аналитики и отчётов о сбоях. Приложение для Android содержит платёжную библиотеку Google Play. Она сообщает Google, успешно ли выполняются её запросы и были ли проблемы со связью, чтобы Google мог улучшать библиотеку. Эти сведения получает Google по своей политике конфиденциальности, а не разработчик. Google Play и App Store сами показывают разработчику общую статистику: число установок и покупок, страны, модели устройств и версии системы. Если вы разрешили это в настройках телефона, они также передают разработчику обезличенные отчёты о сбоях и статистику использования. Всё это — по их правилам и без ваших заказов и записей.

Разрешения

KasFlow не просит доступа к контактам, местоположению, камере, микрофону или вашим файлам. На Android у него есть доступ к интернету и то, что добавляет платёжная библиотека Google Play: разрешение на платежи и сведения о состоянии сети. Файл резервной копии вы выбираете сами, в системном окне.

Как удалить данные

Всё хранится на телефоне, поэтому удалить это можете только вы. Если удалить бизнес в настройках KasFlow, удалятся его заказы, записи и токен. Если удалить приложение, удалятся его данные. На iPhone и iPad сначала удалите токен в самом приложении: iOS может хранить связку ключей и после удаления приложения.

Дети

KasFlow — инструмент для продавцов. Он не предназначен для детей.

KasFlow is an app for sellers on the Kaspi.kz marketplace. It fetches your orders from the Kaspi Shop API and shows what you actually earned. It is made by {{DEVELOPER}} (“the developer”). KasFlow is not affiliated with Kaspi.kz.

In short

• KasFlow has no server, no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. The developer never receives your orders, your records or your token.
• Everything the app fetches and everything you enter stays on your phone.
• Over the internet, KasFlow's own code talks only to Kaspi, with your token. Subscriptions are handled by Google Play or the App Store. The stores give the developer overall statistics and, if you allow it, crash reports (below).

What is kept on your phone

• Your Kaspi API token. It is stored encrypted in the system's secure storage: the Android Keystore or the iOS Keychain. It is used only for requests to Kaspi. It is never in the app's database or in a backup.
• What comes from Kaspi: your orders, their lines, product names and categories, and other order details Kaspi sends, such as the delivery and payment method. Kaspi also sends your buyers' names, phone numbers and addresses; KasFlow skips them and does not keep them.
• What you enter: purchase costs, commission rates, expenses, and the names of your businesses and cabinets.
• Settings: language, theme, and the last known state of your subscription.

Where data goes

• To Kaspi. The app sends requests straight from your phone to the Kaspi Shop API (kaspi.kz), signed with your token. A request says which dates' orders and which products' details are wanted. Like any server, Kaspi also sees when it came and the IP address it came from. Nothing you enter is sent to Kaspi. KasFlow never changes anything in your Kaspi shop. What Kaspi does with the requests is up to Kaspi.
• Nothing to the developer. Your orders, records and token are never sent to the developer, who has no server to send them to. Google and Apple are reached only by their own libraries and systems, as described below.

Subscription

Subscriptions are sold by Google Play or the App Store. The store also takes the payment, under its own terms and privacy policy. KasFlow never sees your card or account details; it only asks the store whether a subscription is active. The store gives the developer sales reports as far as its own terms provide.

Backups

• You make a backup in the app yourself, and you decide where it is kept and who it goes to. It holds your orders, purchase costs, commission rates and expenses. Your token is not in it.
• Your orders and records are left out of Google and iCloud backups, and do not move to a new phone by themselves. Your own backup is the only way to move them.

What Google and Apple see

KasFlow has no analytics or crash reporting of its own. The Android app contains Google Play's billing library, which tells Google whether its own requests succeed and about connection problems, so that Google can improve the library. Google receives that under its own privacy policy; the developer does not. Google Play and the App Store show the developer overall statistics of their own: installs and purchases, countries, device models and system versions. If you have allowed it in your phone's settings, they also share anonymised crash reports and usage statistics with the developer. All of this is under their own rules, and none of it holds your orders or records.

Permissions

KasFlow never asks for your contacts, location, camera, microphone or files. On Android it holds internet access, and what Google Play's billing library adds: its billing permission and the network's state. You pick a backup file yourself, in the system's own window.

Deleting your data

Everything is on your phone, so only you can delete it. Deleting a business in KasFlow's settings deletes its orders, records and token. Uninstalling the app deletes its data. On an iPhone or iPad, remove the token in the app first: iOS may keep Keychain items after an app is deleted.

Children

KasFlow is a tool for sellers. It is not meant for children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
